Shimano N03A brake pads are resin brake pads with cooling fins. As with all Shimano resin brake pads, the focus here is on good modulation and low noise development. In addition, the Ice-Tech cooling fins dissipate heat generated during braking better. The N03A brake pad is compatible with the XTR BR-M9120 disc brake as well as XT BR-M8120 and SLX BR-M7120 (all 4-piston brakes).
